This has got to be one of the easiest recipes to make, and it is such a treat! Dip cut fruit and enjoy or fill a freshly baked croissant…such a versatile recipe!
Ingredients
Syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 70g Perfect Sweet™ xylitol
Method
- Bring water and xylitol to the boil
- Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes
- Cool to room temperature
Dip
- 1/2 cup cacao or good quality cocoa powder
- 1 large avocado
- Prepared syrup, cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional to make it sweeter)
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend till smooth.
Go ahead and dip your fruit…..enjoy!
