This is a soothing and delicious immune boosting drink that you can enjoy at anytime of the day!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk, almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of fresh turmeric root, finely grated (1 tsp powdered turmeric)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Perfect Sweet™ xyitol
- Pinch of black pepper (increases absorption)
- Small piece of fresh, peeled ginger root (¼ tsp powdered ginger)
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Drink immediately
