What could be easier than this delicious, healthy and versatile dressing. You may have to vary the amount of water, to make it pourable or use less and use it as a dip or a spread, add to sandwiches and snacks.
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups cashews
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Perfect Sweet™ xylitol
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method
Place all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend until smooth! Too easy!
